7 Burpees (Chest to Floor and Clap Overhead)
6 Sit Ups
5 DB Swings (35#/55#)
4 Pull Ups (Strict OR Kipping)
3 Handstand Push Ups (Strict OR Box Assist)
10 ROUNDS
** 20 Minute Cutoff **

PUSH HARD AND BEAT THE CUTOFF!!
