15 Barbell Cleans (Lift Must Start From the Ground, But Can Be Power Caught)(155/100#)
30 Knees 2 Elbow (Sub - 60 Sit Ups)
30 Box Jumps (24"/20")
15 Jumping Muscle Ups (Men - Eye Level or Higher, Women, Chest Height or Higher)
30 DB Push Presses (40#/25#)
30 Double Unders (Sub - 90 Single Unders)
15 Barbell Thrusters (135/95#)
30 Kipping/Strict Pull Ups (No Jumping Substitute Allowed)
30 Burpees (Chest to Deck and Hand Touch Overhead)
300' Walking Lunge (Kiss Knee To Ground)

* I'll try to guide you as to what weights and subs to do if needed, but I would like you all to try to see if you can figure these out for ourselves on this one

Nice going Carrie you killed this one!! seemed like you hardly ever stop moving. Jennie nice effort on a difcult chipper you pushed your self further than you thought you could and that is what this type of stuff is all about.As for me Burpees suck next time.
