SUNDAY WORKOUT

STRENGTH/POWER:
Hang Squat Snatch
3-3-3-3-3-3
* It's your option to either work on this movement if you don't have it mastered or to go for a new 3RM if you feel comfortable doing so *
** You have 20 Minutes ** 

WORKOUT:
5 Burpees (As Always Chest to Deck and Clap Overhead)
5 Kipping Pull Ups OR 10 Jumping Pull Ups (For Jumping, Bar Must Be 3-5" Below Wrist Height)
* As Many Rounds As Possible in 5 Minutes *
SPRINT IT!! DON'T REST OR STOP ONCE!!
