MONDAY WORKOUT

WORKOUT: 
Complete The Following Barbell Complex With Exactly 3 Minutes Rest Between Attempts:
3 Power Snatches (Plates Must Tough The Floor For Every Rep)
6 Hang Full Cleans (Bar Must Pass Below The Knee AND Be FULL Squatted Each Rep)
9 Deadlifts (Touch Plates To Floor and Fully Extend Hips)
5 TOTAL ROUNDS (Going For Max Load) 

* Once The Barbell Leaves The Floor On The First Power Snatch It CANNOT Be Rested On The Floor Again Until All 18 Reps Are Completed - If You Drop The Bar Before Completing All The Reps You Must Start The Whole Complex Over *
