WORKOUT:
200m Run (Down The Hill & Back Up)(Must Touch The Emergency Pole)
Burpee Pull Ups (Chin/Chest To Bar)(You MUST physically touch the bar!)
- Men - 6 Reps (12 Jumping)
- Women - 5 Reps (10 Jumping)
7 ROUNDS
* 16 Minute Cutoff *
** If you perform a burpee and miss the chin/chest to bar then the WHOLE rep (Yep, burpee included) will not count **
