Chest To Bar Pull Ups (Sub: Jumping Chest To Bar Pull Ups - Reps X 2)
** 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, etc as far as possible in 7 Minutes **

We will spend a lot of time on the movements before we give it a go and this is it for the day so go hard!!
