THEN...

Perform 2 Sets to Failure of Strict/Band Assisted Pull Ups
* Record The Total Of Your Sets To Comments With The Goal Of Keeping All Sets Within 2-3 Reps Of Each Other *
** 2 Minutes Rest Between Sets **

This was a fun workout everyone was pulling for each other and i think it made us dig a little deeper than we usally do, peer pressure/competition does strange things to us.!!!
