I'm traveling to Chicago this Thursday morning for the 2011 Crossfit Regional Competition
Regretfully, that means that classes for this Thursday and Next Sunday and Monday will have to be cancelled... I will offer a class next Tuesday during open gym time to make up for this and we will then resume regularly scheduled classes after that...
