THANKS EVERYONE!

A huge thanks for everyone for all their support for this past weekend!

Crossfit is an amazing program that is a great way to reach any goal you want to accomplish and wraps all of that physical and mental changes within a great community of support and friendship that is UNSURPASSED by any other program!  I met a great number of new friends this weekend that I'll keep for the rest of my life... What an amazing weekend!

I finished 15th overall out of 40 total competitors narrowly missing qualifying for Day 3 of competition which is 6 spots higher than I finished last season and almost won workout 4 with a time of 20:15 in the following workout:
100 Pull Ups
100 Swings (53#)
100 Double Unders
100 Overhead Squats (95#)
- This was one of the most brutal workouts I've ever experienced in training or competition

We're back to regular classes starting tomorrow night... Open gym is still the option but I will offer classes at both 6 and 7PM...

I'm trying to put together all the stuff for the Free Fitness Saturdays ASAP,  I'll keep you informed!
