WEAKNESS:
Get Inverted!
Take 10-15 Minutes After A Good Total Body Warm Up and Work on Handstands and Handstand Push Ups... Try Kicking Up For The First Time OR Hit A Push Up For The First Time OR Try To Do A Freestanding Handstand!
WORKOUT:
Option 1 - Gym Workout
Row 250m, Run 100m, OR Swim 50m (If You Have a Pool OR Access To One)
10 Burpees with a Lateral Line Jump If You Run OR Row (Regular Version, If you swim)
5 ROUNDS (No Time Cutoff... Just Get The Job Done!)
Option 2 - Home Workout
Tabata Squats and Push Ups (16 Total Rounds With 1 Minute Rest Between Exercises)
- Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 Rounds PER exercise
- The Catch Is That Your Have To HOLD At The Bottom Of The Squat During Your Rest Periods and HOLD Yourself OFF The Ground During Your Rest Periods For Your Push Ups
- As A Penalty For Coming Up Out Of The Bottom Of The Squat Or Push Up For Any Round You Have 10 Sit Ups Post Workout
Post Which Option Your Picked and Either Total Time (Option 1) OR Best And Worst Rounds (Option 2)
