10 Wall Ball (15#/20#)
5 Kipping Pull Ups / 10 Jumping Pull Ups (Bar Set 3-4 Inches Below Wrist Height, Chin Above Only)
25 DU's / 50 Single Unders
* 10 ROUNDS
** EACH NEW ROUND WILL START EVERY 2:00 MINUTES
- The goal of this workout is an absolute all out sprint for each of the 10 Rounds, but also to keep your round times as consistent as possible, try to keep all rounds within 3-5 seconds of each other all the way through
