You have the option of using this time for Open Gym or to attend classes at 6PM OR 7PM

STRENGTH: 
Back Squat (No Box)
5-5-5-5-5
* Go for a personal bests today, but also work on really firing your posterior chain (low back, glutes, hamstrings) to move the load

WORKOUT: 
50 Hand Release Burpee Pull Ups (Kipping Or Jumping)
* Perform the exact same version as last time and see how much fitter and faster you have become since then
