STRENGTH/TECHNIQUE: 
Push Jerk
3-3-3-3-3
* If you still don't feel comfortable with this movement, then take this time to work on it with lighter loads and perfect it so that next time if comes up you're ready to get after it 

WORKOUT: 
Full Squat Snatch (Bar Must Pass BELOW The Knee and Be Fully Overhead Squatted)
Box/Tire Jumps
Option A - (45/65#)(20/24") - 15-12-9
Option B - (35/55#)(18/20") - 18-15-12
Option C - (25 OR PVC/45#)(15/18") - 21/15/9
* 8 Minute Cutoff *

Did not finish this w/o in the required time but feel ok about it. i thought the 2nd and third Rds snatchs went better than they have in the past. i thought i got them locked in overhead alittle better. Just wish i would have gone a little faster!!
