(Alternate Legs - So One Jerk Must Have Right Leg Forward & The Next Must Be Left Leg Forward)

300 Yard Shuttle Run
(25 Yards & Back X 6 Consecutive Trips)
* 3 ROUNDS *
** Rest RDS Between Is The EXACT Amount of Time It Takes You to Complete The Shuttle **
