WORKOUT: 
Barbell Bench Press (135#/95#)
Alternating Pistol Squats (Reps Are EACH Leg, So RD1- 30 Total Reps, RD2- 24 Reps, etc)
GH Sit Ups (Touch Fingers To Ground and Touch Toes)
15-12-9-6-3
