* 15 Minute Cutoff *
** This Is A Descending Ladder... Round 1 is 50 DU's OR 100 Singles Followed By 10 Front Squats, Then Round 2 is 45/90 and 9 Front Squats, So On & So Forth Until You Reach 5/10 and 1 FS
