SUNDAY WORKOUT

SKILL WORK:
Pick One Gymnastics Movement From The Following & Take 20 Minutes To Work On It... GET BETTER!
1. Handstand Push Ups/Holds/Kipping HSPUs
2. Strict Pull Ups/Kipping Pull Ups/Butterfly Pull Ups
3. Ring Skill Work (Muscle Ups OR Dips)
4. Core Training (GH Sit Ups/Knees 2 Elbow/Toes To Bar/L Holds)

WORKOUT:
100m Sprints (OR If You Can't Get To A Track Run As Far As Possible in 15-20 seconds)
* 10 Rounds *
* New Sprint Starts Every 1:30 With The Goal Being To Stay As Consistent As Possible Across All Set With 1-2 Seconds Between The Slowest and Fastest Time - PUSH IT!!
