1. First & Most Important Would Be To Make Up A Workout You Might Have Missed In The Last Week
2. Pick A Gymnastics Weakness, Figure Out A Plan To Work On It... DO IT!
3. Pick A Lift That You Hate Doing OR Are Having Problems With And Work On It For 30 Minutes

Only As Strong Or In Our Case As Fit As Your Weakest Link!

- Hit 51" (About Mid-Chest Height)

HSPU Practice - Holds, Reps Facing Wall, Freestanding

Rope Climbs - As Many As Possible in 60 secs Then rest 60
- 3 Rounds - 5 Climbs EA RD

100 yard sprints - Min on Min X 10RDS
- 12 to 13 Seconds Ea All The Way Thru
