150 Barrier Jumps (18" Object)
200 Wall Ball Throws (15-20# Ball Over A 9 Foot Goal Post)
250 Sit Ups
4-6 Laps Around The Soccer Field (Depending On Ability Level)
- Best Score Was Completely Finishing All The Sit Ups In 30 Minutes
