WORKOUT: 
* Option 1 (Rx'd) *
10 Chest To Bar Pull Ups
20 Hand Release Push Ups
30 AbMat Sit Ups
40 Air Squats
5 ROUNDS w/ 3 Minutes of Rest Between Rounds

OR 

* Option 2 (Scaled) *
20 Pull Ups (Kipping OR Band Assisted Strict)
30 Push Ups (Knee, Only If Absolutely Necessary)
40 Sit Ups
50 Air Squats
4 ROUNDS w/ 3 Minutes of Rest Between Rounds

* ROUND CUTOFF TIME WILL BE 6 MINUTES *
** MAKE SURE TO KEEP CLOSE TRACK OF YOUR ROUNDS TIMES FOR EACH ROUND **
