 FIRST EVER SATURDAY CLASS!  LET'S MAKE IT A BIG ONE!

WORKOUT: 
50 Box Jumps (20"/24")
50 Jumping Pull Ups (Bar 2-4" Below Wrist Height)
50 DB Swings (35#/55#)
50 Walking Lunges
50 AbMat Sit Ups/GH Sit Ups/Toes To Bar (Pick The Best Option For You & Your Abilities)
50 Push Presses (45/65#)
50 Back Extensions (May Have To Share If We Get Backed Up Some)
50 Wall Ball Shots (15#/20#)
50 Burpees (Scale To No Push Up, If Needed)
50 Double Unders (150 Singles)
* 30 Minutes To Finish This Workout *
** Also... You Have The Option Of Scaling Reps To 35 Reps Each OR 20 Reps Each, However The Goal Is To Pick A Rep Scheme That Pushes You, But Still Allows You To Keep Doing Work
