Barbell Bench Press (Ascending Sets - Add Weight On All Sets)

* We Will Spend A Good 10 Minutes With Bar Only Working The Following:
1. Feet Down, Butt Down & Shoulders Pinched & Pushed Into The Bench
2. Elbows Tucked & Moving At 45 Degrees In Relationship To The Torso
3. No Rolling Your Wrists As The Bar Descends
