WORKOUT/WEAKNESS:
Strict/Band Assisted Chest 2 Bar Pull Ups
Alternating Pistol Squats (Unassisted OR Box Assist)
* Reverse Rep Ladder *
10 to 1 Rep Each (Pistol Are EACH Leg)

This Is NOT For Time, But For QUALITY OF MOVEMENT

Make Sure To Adjust Your Band Resistance & Box Height As The Reps Drop
