* We Will Work The Positioning From The Floor Up To Around 70% Of Your Best Max
POWER/WORKOUT:
Perform 2 Power Cleans Each Minute On The Minute For 15 Minutes (Start Around 70% 1RM)
* Goal Is To Reach The Highest Load Possible For Two Reps *
** Make Sure You Move Fast Because You Have To Make Your Own Weight Changes Between Sets
