Build Off Of Your Rep Total From 10 Days Ago.. Add 3-5 More Reps Onto Your Total
(5 Minutes Of Practice/10 Total Minutes Doing Reps Each Minute)

Check Your Movement Practiced & Total Reps From Last Time HERE

POWER ENDURANCE/SKILL WORK:
1 Hang Power Snatch Each Minute For 15 Minutes

*GOAL: Max Load OR Skill Practice With Moderate Weight*

Start With Around 70% Of Your Best Ever Snatch

POST TOTAL REPS AND BEST LOAD TO COMMENTS

30 Wall Ball
20 GH Sit Ups
30 Box Jumps
20 KB High Pulls (89#)
30 Burpees
20 Push Jerks (135#)
Farmers Walk

Just Did The 3 & 6 Minute Versions With 1 Min Rest Between
- 3 Mins - Got To 3 Box Jumps
* GH Sit Ups Aren't A Strength For Me

- 6 Mins - Got To 11 Burpees

Not Exactly What I Wanted, But Something To Build From
