WORKOUT:
30 Seconds Of Work Followed By 15 Seconds Of Rest Of The Following:
#1 Power Cleans (135#/95#)(Around 50-60% Of Your Clean One Rep Max)
#2 No Push Up Burpees

You Will Go Back & Forth Between These Two Movements For 4 Total Rounds Each (BLOCK 1 - 6 Total Minutes)... Then REST 3 Minutes... Then Repeat 4 More Total Rounds Each (BLOCK 2 - 6 More Minutes)

Your Score Will Be Determined By Subtracting Your Highest BLOCK Rep Score From Your Lowest BLOCK Rep Score... The Closer Your Are To ZERO Score The Better... The Goal Is Consistent Reps Across Both BLOCK 1 & BLOCK 2...
