Power Clean (Bar Must Start From The Floor)
* Men - 75-100% Bodyweight, Women - 50-75% Bodyweight
Bench Press
* Men - 75-100% Bodyweight, Women - 25-50% Bodyweight
Deadlift (Any Style)
* Men - 125-150% Bodyweight, Women - 75-100% Bodyweight
Perform The Above Exercises In Order Starting With 1 Rep Each Working Up To 10 Reps For Each Exercise
You Can Take As Many Sets As Needed To Accomplish The Reps Needed For The Round You Are On, But You May Not Move On Until All The Reps Are Completed For Each Exercise
30 Minute Cutoff
