50 DB Thrusters (25#/35#)
30 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (65#/95#)

* 15 Minute Cutoff For This Workout *

Again Just A Reminder Of Scaling Options You Can Manipuilate In Order To Make Sure You Finish OR Get Close To Finishing This Workout In The Time Allowed:
1st Level Scaling - Load Used OR Range Of Motion OR Movements Used (For More Complex Mvmts)
2nd Level Scaling - Reps OR Distance
3rd Level Scaling - Total Rounds To Complete
