We Will Take About 15-20 Minutes Working Positioning On HSPU's Before We Start...

WORKOUT: 
6 Handstand Push Ups (If You Scale It Must Be An Option Where You Are Inverted Somehow)
12 Chest To Bar Pull Ups (Kipping Or Band Assist... No Jumping Permitted On This One)
24 DB Loaded Zercher Squats (25#/35#)
* 5 Rounds * 

Only Scale Options For HSPUs
1. Pads Under Head
2. Holds Facing The Wall (3 Secs For Each Rep)
3. Box Assisted HSPU

You Will Have 20 Minutes To Complete This Workout... Scale As Needed, But Try To Keep As True To The Original Workout As Possible!
