WORKOUT: 
3 Handstand Push Ups (Subs: HSPUs From Box X6 OR 18 Second Handstand Push Up Hold)
6 Deadlifts (155#/225#)(60-70% Of Your Best Max)
12 Pull Ups (Kipping OR Use A Band Where The First 1-4 Rounds You Can Go Unbroken)
24 Double Unders (48 Single Unders)
* 10 Rounds *

There Will Be A 23 Minute Cutoff For This Workout... Scale As Needed, But Make Sure To At Least Reach The 10th Round Before The Cutoff OR Completely Finish... 

POST WORKOUT SET UP & TOTAL TIME OR ROUNDS COMPLETED TO COMMENTS

I liked this WOD a lot! I wish I would have finished that last round, but I did legit HSPU's so I'm happy. Hope y'all enjoyed it!
