WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

WORKOUT:
6 Flights Of Stairs, 800m Run, 1000m Row OR 1 Mile Bike
50 Bodyweight Hip Extensions On GHD Machine
50 AbMat Sit Ups OR 30 Toes 2 Bar
* 3 Rounds *
** We May Have To Start People At Different Spots Depending On Class Size & You Must Do A Different Form Of "Cardio" To Start Each Round... So If You Start The Workout With An 800m Run Then You CAN NOT Do That Again, You Must Either Bike, Row Or Run Stairs...

30 Minute Cutoff For This Workout... Push It On This One!

Also- I have a lot going on for weekends in Dec., but I'm sure I can fit in a gym party. Sans ugly sweater :)

Only missed two scheduled w/o's with holiday weekend but seemed like forever..luckily there was monday yoga. Ugly sweater sounds like fun,open to any weekend:) ~carolyn
