1 Wall Walk (No Push Up Required To Start.. Just Chest To Wall & Back To Plank Position)
2 Toe Touches (Fingers Touch Floor Overhead & Toes Each Rep)
3 Burpees
4 Med Ball Slams (14#/20#)
5 Overhead Sit Ups (20#/15#)(Touch Plate Behind Head & Head Thru The Middle At The Top)
6 Hand Release Push Ups
7 Air Squats
8 Alternating Lunge Jumps
9 Box Jumps (12-30")(You Are Allowed To Jump Off To Full Extension)
10 Wall Ball Throws (14#/20#)
11 Double DB Swings (Hold Two DBs Together & Swing Them)(10's-20's/25's-30's)
12 DB Thrusters (20-30#, 30-40#)(Pick The Heaviest Weight You Can Since You'll Only Have To Do This One Time)

* We Will Attempt To Stagger Start This Workout In Order To Allow The Most Speed Possible From Station To Station Since This One Could Get A Little Crowded...
