SKILL WORK:
Sprint Mechanics
* We Will Hit Wall Drills Prior To Starting In Order To Make The Workout Running A Little More Efficient

WORKOUT:
DB Hang Snatch Ladder (1 Rep Each Arm Up To 10 Reps Each Arm)(35-50#/20-35#)
100m Shuttle Run (50m Down & Back)
* 20 Minute Cutoff *

For This Workout You Will Start With Just One DB Hang Snatch On Your Right Then One On Your Left Arm Afterwhich You Will Run 50 Yards Down & Back Then Do 2 Reps Each Arm & 50m Down & Back.. Continue This Pattern Until You Reach 10 Reps Per Arm Then Finish With A Final 50m Shuttle Run...
