10 Pull-ups
15 Med Ball Sit-ups (20/14)
20 No-Squat Wall Ball Shots (20/14)

*For the Sit-ups... you will use the same medicine ball you are using for the wall ball shots. The med ball must touch the ground over your head, in the lowered part of the sit-up, and the entire med ball must pass the knees at the top. For the Wall Ball Shots... you do not have to do a full squat for these, but you will use a push-press dip to help launch the ball. Everyone should hit the 10' line today. :-)
