* Try To Work Towards A Personal Best On Each Lift Within The Time Frame Provided After Some Technical Work With PVC Pipe & An Empty Bar... Progressively Build Up, But Once The 10 Minute Time Frame Is Up You Must Move On To The Next Lift

I felt I could go a lot higher on the jerk, but my lack of wrist strength kept me at 165.
