* We Finally Have Access To A Pull Up Rig Again So Let's Take Advantage Of It... Use Band Assistance, As Needed, But Strive For 5+ Solid Reps Per Set...

SKILL/STRENGTH:
Hang Squat Snatch (20 Minutes)
3-3-3-3-3-3
* Work With Lighter Weights Or Attempt A New PR... However, You Are Required To IMMEDIATELY Pull Yourself Into An Overhead Squat Position... No Power Catch Then Overhead Squatting Separately...

WORKOUT:
Alternating Bottom To Bottom Tabata Push Ups & Air Squats(Every 2 Rounds Switch Movements)
* 20 Seconds Of Work Followed By 10 Seconds Of Rest X 8 Rounds Each (16 Rounds Total)
** The Catch... Your Rest Period Must Be Spent In The Bottom Position Of Each Movement
