10 Ring Dips
20 Back Squats (225/155)
30 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
40 Sit-ups
50 Double Unders

*The goal is to do all of these sets unbroken, catching your breath in between movements.

I liked this one. I had a VERY Bad experience with dips about 1 1/2 years ago and haven't done them since. They felt great and I'm ready to work towards unassisted dips.
