SKILL:
KB Swings
* Work A Tight, Upright Position Along With Working On Finishing The KB Completely Vertical Overhead

WORKOUT:
5 Box Jumps (24"/30")(OR A Higher Box Than You're Used To)
10 KB Swings (35#/53#)
20 Second Hollow Rock OR Hollow Hold
* As Many Rounds As Possible In 20 Minutes *

Box Jumps Are Full Extension On The Box With A Step Off & As Previously Mentioned The KB Must Finish Completely Overhead

15 rounds (28" box, 1pd kb). I will conquer the 30" box.
