PART TWO:
100 Yard Shuttle Run (25 Yards & Back X2 Trips
10/15 Hand Release Push Ups
* As Many Rounds As Possible In 8 Minutes *

REST 2 MINUTES (Use This Time & This Time Only To Get Your Bar & Weights Set Up For...)

PART THREE:
3 Rep Max Clean & PRESS (No Leg Usage To Move The Bar Overhead & Bar Must Be Cleaned Into Position To Start The Press EACH REP... Going Old School Olympic Lifting Today!)
