* This Needs To Be Done In A Relay Fashion With Your Teammates Each Doing 160 Yds At A Time

THEN... COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING THREE EXERCISES IN WHATEVER REP COMBINATION YOU WANT WITH ONLY TWO PEOPLE WORKING AT A TIME UNTIL ALL THE REPS LISTED ARE COMPLETED...

100 Pull Ups (Strict OR Kipping, No Jumping Permitted)
200 Hand Release Push Ups
300 Box Jump Overs (16"/20")

THEN!... COMPLETE THE WORKOUT WITH EVERY MEMBER COMPLETING THE FOLLOWING TOGETHER AT THE SAME TIME...
