SKILL:
Full Squat Clean & Double Unders
* Take about 15-20 minutes to determine what weight you will use for the following WOD

WORKOUT:
1 Squat Clean (135#/185#)(OR 80% Of Your Best Sq Clean)
10 DUs (30 Singles)
2 Squat Cleans
20 DUs (60 Singles)
3 Squat Cleans
30 DUs (90 Singles)
* As Many Rounds & Reps As Possible In 6 Minutes *

Plan was to use 65#'s and attempt DU at 5,10,15. Got 1 1/3 Rounds, reverting to SU. Yep, definitely need to get some skill work on the DU's.

Got two full rounds plus the 1 Squat and 30 singles of the Third rd. Was a lot harder than it look on the board. Should have known better!! used #105 on squat clean.
