20 Second Side Plank (This Is Each Side So 40 Secs Total)
30 AbMat Sit Ups (Touch Fingers Overhead & Chest To Knees)
* 3 Rounds For Quality, Not Time... You Can Start These 3 Rounds Whenever You Feel Like You Have Had Your Fill Of Muscle Up Practice *
