Sumo Deadlift High Pull (PVC)
Hops Over PVC

50 Walking Lunges

*Everyone will use PVC for the SDLHP, then set it on the ground and proceed to jump over it. One jump over the PVC = one rep. After you finish all of the SDLHP and Jump Overs, then proceed to complete your Walking Lunges, to wrap up the workout.
