Every 90 seconds for 15 minutes:
5 Box Jumps (30"/24")
10 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
15 Sit-ups
*If you do not finish a round during the allowed time, you will finish out the round to get credit for it, but will have to wait until the start of the next 90 second period to continue to another round. Your score is the total number of rounds completed. Classic CrossFit triplet. :-)
