You Will Perform This Workout With A Partner Alternating Each Movement In The Workout Listed Above Until You Complete All 5 Rounds

EX. Partner 1 Starts Off With 22 Sumo DL High Pulls, Partner 2 Start Their 22 Box Jumps Once Partner 1 Finishes Their Final Rep Of High Pulls, Then Partner 1 Starts Their 400m Run After Partner 2 Finishes Their Last Box Jump... And So On...
