GYMNASTICS SKILL:
Pick From Any Of The Following OR Take A Stab At All Of Them For 20 Minutes
1. Handstands/Headstands/Handstand Walking
2. Ring Work (Muscle Ups, Dips)
3. L Sits/Toes 2 Bar/Knees To Elbows

WORKOUT:
100 KB Swings (35#/53#)
* You Get To Put The KB Down TWICE During These 100 Reps With No Penalty... Anything Over That Results In A 5 Burpee Penalty That Must Be Done On The Spot... Also You Have Exactly 5 Minutes To Finish All Your Reps... Each Rep Not Completed Equals A 100m Sprint That Must Be Completed Immediately Post Workout!
