We will alter the schedule a little for this one in order to accommodate as many people as possible... We can get about 20 people per session...
We will run THREE separate WOD times for this workout... Be a little early to do some individual prep as we will start promptly at the times listed... If you're late you'll have to wait until the next time period...
Session 1- 12:00-12:50pm
Session 2- 12:50-1:40pm
Session 3- 1:40-2:30pm
The workout will have a 40 Minute Cutoff & we will provide TWO scaling options for everyone to pick from along with the regular WOD so pick the version that you can legitimately finish in under 40 minutes...

In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, NY, who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.
This workout was one of Mike's favorites and he'd named it 'Body Armor.' From here on it will be referred to as 'Murph' in honor of the focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is.
1 Mile Run
100 Pull Ups (Any Style)
200 Push Ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run
* Done For Total Time *
(Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it!)
