WORKOUT:
Rope Climbs
* Get Into As Big Of A Group As Needed Since We Only Have Three Ropes Perform As Many Climbs As Possible In 90 Seconds... The Clock Will Be Continuously Running So Next Person In Line Make Sure You're Ready To Jump In!

Goal Is Consistency Across All Rounds... Each Person Will Perform 3 Rounds Of 90 Seconds

Scale Option Is Climbing From A Seated Position To A Standing Position
