50 Thrusters (45/35)
30 Pull-ups

*The movements are accomplished with a bar only (men’s/women’s), and should be light enough so you won’t have to use an excessive amount of sets. 3… 2… 1… GO!!!

let see if i got this one in the right Location Went RX but DNF got 6 pullups. these WOD are never as easy as they sometimes look
