Snatch Technique Work
WORKOUT:
"Regional DU/Snatch Ladder... Sort Of"
With A One Minute Running Clock:
Perform Between 10-20 DUs OR 30-40 Single Unders
1 SQUAT Snatch (Start Your First Attempt Around 90% Of Your Current Squat Snatch Max)
* 10 Rounds For Max Load *
(We Will Run Between 2-3 Heats As Needed)
You Will Get One Bar & One Jump Rope To Use For This Workout & You Will Have To Make Your Own Weight Changes Between Sets Once We Start The Workout...
RULES FOR THE WORKOUT:
1. You Can Not Start DUs/Single Unders Until The Start Of The Minute
2. You Must Finish All Of Your DUs/Single Unders BEFORE Attempting Your Squat Snatch
3. You Get Only ONE Attempt At The Weight On The Bar Per Minute, If You Miss An Attempt You Can Try That Weight Again The Next Minute Once You Finish Your DUs/Single Unders Assuming You Still Have Rounds Remaining In The Workout
4. This MUST Be A SQUAT Snatch
